Individual Behavioral Consulting

Individual behavioral consulting for children, adolescents, and adults.

Although we started Macro Practice Partners to help practices grow and strengthen, our own strength was built on providing ABA services to individuals and families. Led by a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst®, behavioral consultation can be customized to include any combination of the service components highlighted below. Whether your learner and family need a comprehensive approach or a one-time consultation, our private-pay model offers a simple, flexible way to access individualized support.

01

Initial assessment & consultation

We start by getting to know your child and your family's goals. A focused behavioral assessment identifies what's working, what's challenging, and where support will make the biggest difference — no long intake process.

02

Individualized program development

Using assessment findings, we build a practical, personalized plan tailored to your child's needs and your family's daily life — one that's realistic to follow at home, not just on paper.

03

Parent training and coaching

You're your child's most consistent teacher. We work directly with you, building hands-on strategies and confidence so the plan lives in your everyday routines, not just in sessions.

04

Ongoing program support

As your child grows and situations change, we're here to adjust the plan with you — refining strategies, troubleshooting new challenges, and keeping things moving in the right direction throughout our time working together.

Fees & payment

Consultation fees and payment options

Our individual behavioral consulting service operates on a private-pay model that offers a simple, flexible way to access individualized support without navigating the insurance process. Because services are self-pay, families can begin consultation without waiting for insurance authorization or a physician referral. This means:

  • Faster access to support
  • No physician referral required
  • Greater flexibility in service delivery
  • Continuity of support when insurance changes
  • Personalized services based on your family's needs
  • Transparent pricing with no unexpected insurance-related costs or billing requirements

Consultation fees

Consultation is provided at a flat hourly rate, prorated in 15-minute increments. The number of consultation hours needed will be individualized based on the learner's needs, family goals, and level of support desired.

Payment options

We accept all major credit cards and cash payments. You will be invoiced monthly and have the option to keep a credit card on file or pre-pay for services if making cash payments.

Questions about getting started

What happens in an initial consultation?

We start with your family's goals and the areas where you want support. Assessment findings help guide an individualized plan. Use the inquiry form to request a conversation; submitting it does not book an appointment or begin services.

What do parent coaching and ongoing support include?

Parent training and coaching focuses on practical strategies for everyday routines. Ongoing program support allows us to review and adjust the plan as your family's needs change. Support can be tailored to a one-time consultation or an ongoing engagement.

How does private-pay billing work?

Consultation is billed at a flat hourly rate, prorated in 15-minute increments. No physician referral or insurance authorization is required. We accept major credit cards and cash, with monthly invoicing and cash prepayment options. Contact us to discuss the rate and level of support.
